For more than fifteen years, the European Chamber Music Academy takes its position as thé international breeding ground for leading chamber music talent.
Two young ensembles coming from France and the Czech Republic will shine in a multi-coloured programme that moves back and forth between Vienna, Russia and France. We're moving from Haydn's Viennese Classic to Sint-Petersburg and the pianotrio from the sixteen year old Sjostakovitsj who was still a student at the conservatory at that time. The finale is reserved for Saint-Saëns and his first serious piece for chamber music.
In partnership with the Creative European Programme of the European Union.
