Flanders Festival Ghent for everyone
At Flanders Festival Ghent we believe everyone should be able to enjoy music without barriers. Our concerts, performances and events take place across a variety of venues in and around Ghent. As every location is different, we recommend checking the concert page in advance, where you will find practical accessibility information for each venue.
You can count on the following support:

Reduced mobility
Almost all of our concerts and performances are accessible to wheelchair users. As each venue has its own specific layout, we are happy to provide tailored assistance where needed.
Do you use a wheelchair? Please let us know in advance so our front-of-house team can prepare your visit and reserve accessible seating.

Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.
Would you like to attend a concert with an assistance dog? Please mention this when making your reservation so we can take this into account when allocating seats.

Additional assistance
Do you require additional or specific support? Do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
During concerts, our front-of-house staff are also available to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

European Disability Card
Upon presentation of your EDC, you may bring one companion free of charge. The EDC confirms that you are officially recognised as having a disability, including non-visible disabilities. Don’t have an EDC yet? You can request your free card online.
Purchase your own ticket via the website or Tickets Gent and contact us to request the complimentary ticket for your companion.
