For three weeks, festival STROOM attracted more than 6,000 culture lovers to the Scheldt Valley for unique and surprising performances. Just like last year the festival focused on sustainability and climate by attuning its program to the surroundings and its natural elements.  

From June 21 to July 14 Festival STROOM was equivalent to discovering hidden pearls in the beautiful Scheldt Valley. With a broad program, the festival managed to charm a large audience. Not only the local inhabitants of the Scheldt municipalities were present at the festival, but also culture and nature lovers from all over Flanders. We therefore look back with great satisfaction on a successful edition and are already getting ready for the third edition in 2024.
