Saturday evening, Alcide became a triumph for ensemble a nocte temporis, the Choeur de Chambre de Namur, a brilliant cast of soloists and conductor Reinoud Van Mechelen, who also took on the title role as a singer himself!

Thanks to Muziekcentrum De Bijloke for joining us in bringing this forgotten, but from now on unforgettable, opera by Marin Marais and Louis Lully to our audience.
